Hi all,
I have just stumbled upon this forum while browsing the internet for help with renewing my Virgin Media deal but I have a question about my rental agreement.
I am due to renew now, and should have done so already as it is merely a few weeks away but I have been asked for an exact 10% raise in my monthly rent on last year which to me seems quite high. I have only been in the square for a year but have thoroughly enjoyed living here and plan to continue to do so for a long time to come.
Do you think this is unreasonable? What sort of increase would one expect year on year or have others had this year?
Regardless, the new rate is still good compared to other places I have found online and even if they do not move lower when I ask them, I will be happy to renew.
