For the first time ever (well for the 3 years I've been here!) I saw a duck swimming in the fountain yesterday. Is this a regular occurrence? or have I just been in the wrong place at the wrong time?

There is a saying, billg, from fawlty towers: dont mention the war. in dolphin square we have one: dont mention the ducks. i seem to recall that some years the ducks divided the square in way more devastating than the sale, the arrival of westbrook or any other issue. do other tenants remember this?

Does the arrival of the ducks mean the landlord will put the prices up still further ;D
