The DSTA has reminded Dolphin Square 2005 of this and expressed the dissatisfaction many tenants feel about the company's apparent lack of action.

It is good to see the DSTA acting so promptly on its members' concerns.
What a shame that others fail to do this, or fail to disclose the fact that they have done it - or devote all their energies to explaining why they cannot do it.
All that may be required is a more specific description of how exactly the new merged porterage and security system will operate and what its members can and cannot do.
