All,
It was proposed this evening, that we should enjoy an evening of sampling different whiskies, and maybe also have an attempt at matching them with foods
The date is Monday September 15th going to be in October - I'll follow up with more details later.
In the meantime, if you would like to bring a bottle to the tasting, please reply below with your bottle. The idea is that we have a representation from all different areas of Scotland, and hopefully have something that meets everyone's palates.

The date given above by Inga is subject to confirmation. But we will be holding the whisky appreciation society meeting before mid-Oct. The plan so far is to serve Scottish single malt with haggis.
Is there anyone in the Square who knows how to play the bagpipes? Or knows anyone who does?
