One of our flatmates is moving on. So we are on a hunt for a replacement.
We've got a three bed flat, with garden views. Current flatmates are two thirtysomething girls, and we're open to offers from guys or girls to become our new flatmate, but we would prefer someone about the same age (mental/physical) as us. The room is currently furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (from Mantilla) so this may be negotiable if they will take them away if required...
We took this flat on in March 2008, so our lease runs until March 2009 currently, and we are looking to extend (assuming we don't get hit with a monster uplift).
We thought we'd give first shout to those already in the Square, as this should make it easier to get the names on the lease changed etc and all the checks etc are already done.
The rent for the room is £210pw and you'd need to pay your share of the usual bills: Virgin Broadband, Phone & TV, Electricity and Council Tax.

Please note:
1) non-smoking flat
2) single people only (no couples, sorry!); one bathroom between 3 is interesting enough
