First try the Help Desk - just dial 2 between 8.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week. (There is no point in talking to the Lettings Dept.) Explain your problem to the Help Desk. If they can't or won't help, then contact the general manager Simon Pratt. If you still have no joy, come back to us at the Dolphin Square Tenants' Association.
I don't think it unreasonable to put a time limit of 48 hours on the Help Desk to get something actioned or to at least set in train something to be actioned. My experience of the Help Desk is that they get things done. Good luck
