Today is the warmest day of the year so far and it's great to see fellow residents enjoying the gardens. But what has happened to the "no games" rules and their enforcement? At time of writing there are 3-4 families playing tennis, soccer and catch and this has ben going on for several hours. Have the rules been changed - will I get a rent reduction for being close to a playground - no probs with the toddlers/under 10s having a run-around but the adult "big-kids" are noisy and intrusive when your flat is not high-up and is right next to some of the games!!

Could not agree more as a low floor resident over the lawns! Also, what about no football, no skates, etc - those little screaming twins do all of it most of the time and no-one stops them. Surely no football means no football?? Some of the parents are just as noisy as their offspring and are probably unaware how the effect of the "well of the building' makes all noise much louder. It is particularly magnified when playing in between the houses - i.e. on the howard Disabled Railings.
