We had a total blackout on our phone, tv and internet service on Good Friday, 10 April from abt 1130 hrs until Saturday, 11 April at 12 noon.
Till now we had no communication from the landlords to this effect and I think this is quite extraordinary on their part. Someone shld send a notice round to all tenants in DS who subscribe to Virgin Media asking for a full refund.
Unhappy Virgin Media subscriber!

Well done " thedares "...at last some sign of life ! I have written to the Virgin Media CEO asking why , in any case , it takes so long to identify a problem and then such a long time to rectify it ? I know it was Good Friday but when I went out on Saturday morning I was told that the service would not be restored until 6pm. Somebody told me it had come back in the afternoon . I think the service is becoming increasingly unreliable.

Virgin have offered me 'goodwill payments' for the dodgy service several times. They haven't yet got around to crediting the goodwill to my bill.

Having written to the Virgin Media CEO in Swansea I have received a call from the office of the CEO which is in fact in Manchester ! They say that they haven't had a full report from the Virgin Media team responsible for DS but will be in contact as soon as they have some information.

Virgin media now tell me that service was restored in the time stated in the " Service Agreement ". Also that they cannot always be responsible for how matters turn out as they rely upon BT !!!!!
