:(Have Just received my Virgin Media Bill which shows that my Advance Charge for Broadband Size M has been increased from £18 to £20. A promotional brochure was enclosed advertising upgrading which promoted Size M at £17 ! Not expecting anyone else to fight my battles I contacted Virgin. Their response was I had already been advised of the increase ( perhaps I didn't take notice of this communication ) but the point is that Virgin said I wasn't meant to get the promotional leaflet which I believe they said didn't apply to Dolphin Square. So I said it was only meant as an offer to attract new customers ? They agreed. It should be noted , however , that the leaflet DOES REFER TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS BEING RECOMMENDED TO UPGRADE THEIR BROADBAND and promotes size M at £17. If I am correct how can it be taken any further DSTA ?

Just to add that I woild only expect the DSTA to get involved if this applied to other tenants...would be pleased to know. Also would the Editor consider putting this subject on the main letters page ?

My last Virgin bill was supposed to contain a credit of £10. Instead they had charged me an extra (unexplained) £10! Phoning for clarification was not helpful. I was advised to 'write in'. Already tried that. I think it's a conspiracy to bore us to death so that we'll just pay the bills without asking questions.
